There was a lot of hype about adsense video unit and many publishers in India were very excited about this as the number of click through rate and effective cost-per-thousand impressions (eCPM) would also increase, but this did not happen. Indian adsense publishers are yet to get it, but the question is why is it late? Why is there no video units for Indian publishers?
Guys at Google are good, may be it is under beta testing and they are testing it on US publishers or maybe because Adsense is very popular among US publishers. India is known for a lot of click fraud and click exchange groups, maybe they are making a very powerful fraud detection system before it is made available in India.
