How to get LTC Certificate on APTDC tour Package


Government employees makes use of their LTC (Leave Travel Concession) provision for reimbursement of fares on the journey they performed. To claim one must perform his journey in Indian Railways or State Transport Buses.

Since APTDC (Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation) is also a Government undertaking corporation, any employee belongs to public sector can get the reimbursement.

Railways, State Transport (ex.APSTRC) issues a ticket which contains only journey charges. So employee can reimburse full amount on the ticket. But in case of APTDC Ticket includes journey charges along with food charges, entry fees etc. Other than Journey charges are not reimbursable on LTC so we need to obtain LTC Certificate from APTDC.

As soon as you complete the journey, show your receipt at APTDC Office and obtain the LTC Certificate.

LTC Certificate contains only journey charges along with the names and age of family members. So that passing authority can verify journey details with LTC sanction.

Note: APTDC is Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation. Same tourism corporation more or less equal to this may exists for other states also.
