How to [one step] open,edit and save latest Microsoft Office extension files in previous versions

By default Microsoft Office 2007 onwards ms word files saves in docx files, ms excel files saves in .xlsx and ms powerpoint files saves in .pptx extension. Users who are not familiar about this, attempts to open .docx, .xlsx, .pptx files in previous versions of Microsoft Office 2003. Again we need to open .docx, .xlsx .pptx in MS Office 2007 or 2010 and should save as in 97-2003 Document. So that the document can be get converted into .doc, .xls, .ppt version to open in MS Office 2003 & its previous versions also. But to do this user must have newer version of MS Office which does’t have for many users.
