Do you want to know how..? Simple.. they try to know about the person more deeply to whom they are going to speak or deal and then they starts communication. Yes you can also do this practically by knowing simple steps and tips of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Generally how many categories of People are there around us..?
After reading different kind of behaviors we can categorize persons as VISUAL, AUDITORY and KINESTHETIC persons.
To improve your own personality or to impress the people you want, first understand to which category you or the person belongs to? Auditory, Visual or Kinesthetic..?

How do you know about the Visual category People..?
Visual people prefer to visualize pictures. (Usually eye ball movement will be either towards left upper or right upper)
- They are neat clean and ordered and give utmost importance to appearance both in presenting the things and dressing.
- Well organized and Good Planners.
- Have an idea of what to tell but miss the right words when comes to speaking.
- They will remember things as pictures so will forget which are heard. i.e. any thing seen is more effective than heard.
- Any thing will be remembered with a picture association.
- Any kind of noise does not make any difference.
- They prefer reading rather than listening.
- Auditory preferences are not comfortable like telephonic conversations and meetings
- They like presentations, PPTs.
- They prefer saying less words like OK, YES, NO etc.

How can you improve your Business from Visual preference people..?
Visual people will get impressed when any thing is in the form of pictures or appearance wise good to look at. So, the conversation should give them a virtual picture of what you want to sell & makes them to see the picture you intend to sell. It easily makes the person to analyze clearly.
For example if you are a Real state businessman want to sell your site or plot you need to interact with the people in such a way that they get impressed on the description you provide.
Allow them to visualize by saying “A great waterfall and birds flying in the sky with beautiful house of yellow and brick colors on the wall” to feel it.
This kind of pictorial view makes them feel it and makes them feel happy and understand better. If you have a virtual image it would be more interesting for them.
One more example: If you say that you will give Rs.1000 that won’t be much effective unless they have the picture of notes.
How can you improve your Relationship from Visual preference people..?
Your partner likes experience love through demonstration. Gifts or explicit acts of love can make them understand your love.
If your loved one or the important person in your life belongs to this category you can only impress them by making them to wander in the virtual world of visualization.
- Let us get settle down in a beautiful landscape of green grass around the house of yellow and brick color walls with sunset around ….etc.(Mentioning a color helps to pictorial view)

- Dress neatly and look well planned and neatly organized as they prefer appearance.

Auditory people prefer listening. (Usually eye ball movement will be either towards left ear or right ear)
- They like to talk to themselves while working
- They are easily distracted by noise
- They pronounce the words aloud as they read
- They enjoy reading aloud and listening
- They can repeat back and mimic tone pitch and timbre
- They are good at telling and poor at writing
- They speak in rhythmic patterns
- They are good speakers and are fluent
- They like to listen to music than art
- They learn by listening, and remember what was discussed rather than seen
- They are talkative, love discussion, and go into lengthy descriptions
- They have problems with projects that involve visualization, such as cutting pieces that fit together

They will get impressed only when it sounds impressive. So, the conversation should give weight age in the form of sounds. Get impressed with the voice. So, make them to hear the description you intend to sell. It easily makes the person to analyze clearly.
For example for auditory people like the scenery when you let them to hear it by saying “You can hear the serene sound of a great waterfall falling down with flowing water sound and birds making sounds beside your house ” to feel it.

Your Partner likes to hear love. Then need to be told, “I love you” in order to believe that they are loved.

- Handwriting will be messy
- Like to indulge in games
- Unless until they physically feel /visit they cannot remember the places or things
- Touch people to get their attention
- Stand close when talking to someone
- Memorize by walking and seeing
How can you improve your Business from Kinesthetic category customers..?
They will get impressed only when it feels physically, emotionally impressive. So make them feel the description you intend to sell. It easily makes the person to analyze clearly.
For example: Kinesthetic people like the scenery when you let them to feel it emotionally by making them to feel the atmosphere by taking them in a similar kind of atmosphere.
How can you improve your Relationship with Kinesthetic category partner..?
Your Partner likes to feel love. They need to be touched and kissed and hugged more.
If your loved one or the important person in your life belongs to this category you can impress them by:
- You need to think, speak, and act, based on their feelings.
- They say things like, “Do you have feelings for me?”
- “I don’t feel that you understand me.”
- They like movie when the movie content touches their heart
You can predict the modality by the speed at which they talk. Visual speak quickly, Auditories at a medium speed, and Kinesthetic more slowly.
After knowing the modality to win the other person start mirroring i.e. behave the way the person likes
- Talking to a visual person speak quickly, give them a picture, look good, give neat clear image.
- Talking to an auditory person Speak at a medium speed, sound good.
