Pervez Musharraf must have a stronghold in the entire Pakistani parliament else he would not have been declared the president again. He is in the lowest of popularity level. Believe me when I say low, people started bombing in Pakistan because he was the president and by bombing I mean suicide bombing.
It has not been declared officially but news has come that he is the new president, not only that he has won by a very large margin.
