Getting a six pack ab is simple and easy and it is possible in one month if you weigh about 180 pounds or 90 kilograms. A six pack ab is a well defined properly cut abdomen. This type of ab muscle is strong, flexible and looks very good. It will help you look good and feel good.
It will take a strict diet, not an easy thing to maintain. You will have to take not more than 800 calories a day, here's what to do, eat 1 apple in the morning, mid-day (10-11) have some raw vegetable or corn flakes. In the after noon 2 slices of bread. In the evening (4-5) help your self with a little milk and in the night, you can have anything but keep it little (no oil). This diet may look harsh but this is the best way to reduce all the extra fat. Follow this only for 1 month and not more than that. If you feel really hungry you can go for any number of fruits except banana.
Walk, walk, walk, Don't run as your diet is a bit harsh you have to walk for 1 hour and not more.
